Thank you for choosing TCG Collections. This Pre-Order Policy explains how pre-orders are handled for upcoming Pokémon Trading Card Game products and other collectible items.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. What Is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming product before its official release or before it becomes available in our inventory.
Placing a pre-order does not guarantee delivery on the product's official release date.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time the pre-order is placed unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders will not be reserved until payment has been successfully processed.
3. Product Availability
Pre-order quantities are subject to supplier allocations and product availability.
While we make every effort to fulfill every pre-order, we cannot guarantee that all reserved quantities will be available.
If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order due to supplier limitations or inventory shortages, you will receive a full refund for the unavailable item(s).
4. Release Dates
Release dates are determined by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
If a product release is delayed, your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.
TCG Collections is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.
5. Shipping
Pre-order products will be shipped after they are received and processed by our warehouse.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items sooner should consider placing separate orders.
6. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may request changes or cancellations before the order has been processed for shipment.
Once a pre-order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Product Images
Images shown on pre-order listings are for illustrative purposes only.
Final packaging, artwork, promotional materials, and product contents may differ from those displayed before release.
8. Pricing
The price paid at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.
Future price increases or decreases after your order is placed do not affect completed pre-orders.
9. Pokémon Product Disclaimer
Pokémon Trading Card Game products are manufactured with randomized contents.
TCG Collections cannot guarantee the contents, rarity, pull rates, or market value of cards contained in sealed products.
